Have you checked your own filters and blocks in your settings maybe? There's one that says hide all nsfw.

I can say that I like you I have it set in piefed to show and not blur nsfw but I find it never shows up in my feed. I actually want it to here and there for a sexy break but don't care to try and figure out why I never see any. now granted I do know my settings are going because I see the posts which are the reason I don't hide or blur it like a celebrity in a bikin or whatever else the apparently amish level folks of the internet think nsfw is.
