Just get the voice actor from the game, he looks like Kratos, he sounds like Kratos and he can fucking act.

I assume you mean Christopher Judge, in which case we also get to see a bunch of bigots lose their fucking minds over black Kratos.

Edit: I just looked it up, the earlier voice actor was also black. Win/win.

He isn't, though. He's Greek and his biological kid is like the whitest European ever.

I mean I don't care about the casting having the original voice actor would be dope but I don't understand why something so wrong got so many upvotes.

Oof, they're still looking for a replacement? This has to have delayed the show by at least a year, and they still have to re-record all those scenes with kratos.

Bautista seems like he could fit the looks but I don't think he's a very good actor from the movies I've seen him in.

He definitely has the look but his voice isn't really all that gutteral. He's less of a raging psychopath out for revenge and more of a comedian who needs to stop and drink water halfway through the show.

I suppose it's problematic that the Voice Actor for the videogames most people know were usually dark skinned.

Dave took acting classes after the first Guardians of the Galaxy film due to the same criticism you're making now, and subsequent things he's been in you can see the improvement. Even tho, as a professional wrestler, he'd been acting for years. Y'all know that shit ain't real, right?
