Technically you could do quite a bit with windows API and subclasses and hooks...
What are you trying to accomplish?
Nothing too spectacular, I just wanted to add more basic functions (most of which already exist on the main toolbar, but I have it hidden by default) to the right-click menu. For example:
With Firefox CSS, you can at least remove things. If you want to add custom commands, you have to develop an extension. This is a very vague question though.
I might interface with the Great Satan and get AI to vibe code one for me in that case ๐
I mentioned this in another comment, but essentially I was hoping to be able to do something along these lines:
