Basically all US presidents are guilty of war crimes, so that's not really relevant to comparing them against each other.
It's like saying, "who cares what chemo you get, it's all poison." While that's true, some are less bad than others.
And still, none of this has anything to do with wanting to see trump humiliated. Wanting it to be Obama has absolutely nothing to do with his actions as president; it's solely because of trumps feelings towards him.

Chemo actually has useful benefits when used in a patient that is suffering from certain types of cancer.
american presidents on the other hand...... uhhh... if america didnt exist as a nation ever things im the world would actually be a trillion times better . So no .
