Dang, this case is still kicking around? It was interesting to re-read the Wikipedia article again though
Not really, the case was finalised last year. This is the predictable appeal, which can almost be seen as a final step where you don't review the evidence necessarily, but rather review the process followed in the case to ensure everything was fair.
