I have noticed when using Voyager to browse feddinsfw that some posts just show an empty image placeholder. These seem all to be cases containing media hosted on Redgifs.
It would be great if Voyager could load media from Redgifs directly in the app.
I've found that toggling 'embed external media' re-triggers the load and asks you if you want to show media from redgifs. It's an annoying workaround but it works for a while.

I find it usually opens up if you wait forty-five to fifty seconds it seems the app is a little slow to load sometimes.

Try reloading and waiting a minute.
I find that it never loads on the first try -- I always have to reload it and then it works on the second try.
Annoying, but not too bad. Have you tried reloading it?
