Honestly I no idea. I mean historically BAD, being largly mute during my highschool years.
After learning to speak to people, and getting help with my social anxiety, I have asked people close to me if I am noticably autistic and they said no. I worry a lot that now I have a social life, a lot of what I have learned is actually learning how to mask

How good i actually am? no idea. Probably okay.
So good that i cant even tell where it starts and where it ends.
My guess? Not very good, though like draws to like, and with some reflection, I'm pretty sure most of my bubble of people have been at a minimum spectrum adjacent or other types of ND.
