This is the first pre-release for update 7 (AKA the chapter 1 update)! It adds mana, a rune system, and a lot of new content that's coming in chapter 1.

Note that like all pre-release patches, a lot of this is still incomplete. The devs said to expect the rest of chapter 1's content to be added in the coming weeks.

Hytale is a sandbox/RPG game inspired by Minecraft, but with a bigger focus on creativity, combat, and adventure. It also features powerful modding and world-creation tools, making it much easier to build upon compared to similar games.
