AI is the correct term to use here. It’s a broad term that covers all systems capable of performing cognitive tasks like this. LLMs are just one subcategory of it.

Graph Neural Network is probably what was used here. It shares some of how LLMs work, but each is designed specifically for its purpose. The broader term would be an Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI). Machine learning is even more broad. The LLM marketing ruined the use of just "AI" as a descriptor.
