As a non-American, I am always curious when people say Trump doesn't represent the real America. Granted, he does consistently come up with new and creative ways of being terrible, but the general pattern is still the same. The US is the evil empire. Always has been.
Capitalism is like this everywhere. America isn't alone in these actions. The UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany - literally all colonial powers have this history. And the overwhelming trend isn't "the people of the nation supported this". It was executives using the business as a non-governmental force to invade countries economically before controlling them politically. This practice is older than America.
This guy is just mad and dumb so he doesn't know who to blame and picks the easiest punching bag right now.
