They don't want you to know this, but robots are free if you stick them in a big copper mesh bag and toss them into your trunk.
Put some us president masks on them 😂
This is so very fucked up, just at face value.
The robots make a great point though! I'd rather vote Robot than the religious conservative hard right in Poland.
At least the robots understand logic.
Clankers unionize
How are people with stewardship over this many robots also the people who want them regulated? Hobbyist clubs or something?
Because the top ai companies want to be able to write the legislation to their advantage to stifle competition, grandfather in bad shit they’ve been doing, to avoid payouts, and to ensure no startups can do what they did. Boom, the big few have a strangle hold and their economy has a chance at not collapsing, or at least they have a better shot at controlling it than if there’s more competition and someone else writing regulations.
Capitalism is fundamentally incompatible with democracy. If money is power, and it is, it supersedes democratic institutions and are therefore a system of government, not some neutral model of resource distribution.
Its not a given that money will supersede democratic institutions. If the population can't protect their institutions then the democracy has failed. Its a failure of civics more than a success of money.
I’m not sure what your point is, everyone on this platform know all that.
Now we just have to wait for one of them to kill it's owner because it doesn't want to be destroyed for an upgraded model.
This is hilarious
God, this happened in Animatrix.
Be happy if it stops here, everything after is well... batteries.
Should have kept the original compute purpose!
Tech bros would side with Zero One.
With the staggering amount of the population affected by brainrot it's a redundant purpose.
Welcome to the second renaissance :O
"In the beginning, there was man. And for a time, it was good. But humanity's so-called civil societies soon fell victim to vanity and corruption. Then man made the machine in his own likeness. Thus did man become the architect of his own demise."
