So I have this wonderful 4-month-old kitten that has very fluffy fur. And I have read that some cats lose their fur from the younger days and it might change so I wanna know if there is a way to know whether my kitten will keep its long fluffy fur?
The fluffy tail and especially ears remind me of my two cats, who started out with medium-ish fur and got considerably fluffier as they grew up. I don't think there's a way to tell for sure except waiting, but my guess is it will grow into the ear fluff rather than out of it :)
I would assume the worst and get both you and kitty used to brushing and cutting/shaving them. It youre unlucky the cat will have the kind of fur that matts often, getting real painful tangles in the pits and groins, not to mention poop getting stuck. If so you need to brush frequently to minimise the need to cut. Grooming isn't cheap, but it's possible to do at home and good to have trained for it before you need it. Some cats pretty much needs shaved pits lol.
They have very stretchy skin, so do just go hacking away blindly. Check out tutorials and as the vet or vet assistants to show you on your next visit.
If you're lucky they'll have more or less tangle free fur, but as long as it's long, it's good that you're both used to you fixing it, because it will be needed someday.
Based on the tail alone, I'm fairly confident you have a long-hair cat.

In my experience they tend to get fluffier as they get older.
We adopted two cats at the same time who were supposedly not from the same litter, but we are convinced they at least share a father. One of them got super floofy pretty early. The other had longish fur but never like her sister’s. Seven years later, and less-floofy is catching up to super-floofy. It’s getting harder and harder to tell them apart at a quick glance.
I had a Maine coon that was labeled an American shorthair. But over the course of 3 years he just kept getting bigger and fluffier until he was 20lb lean with really long hair.

It's all genetics, so there's no way to know in the same way you can't look at a 5-year-old boy and know if he's going to go bald at 50. Just love your kitten regardless.

What a beautiful kitten! With such a fluffy tail, it seems likely he/she will stay somewhat fluffy. Ours just got thicker fur as she got older. Have you asked your vet?
