A familiar refrain. "If you're so smart, how come you're not rich?"

I felt a chill.

I got to go to a “gifted and talented” program in elementary, and I’m convinced the teachers manipulated the test results or whatever got me into it just to get me out of their hair once in a while

> be "gifted"
> family immediately pull all support
> claim any cry for help is just "attention seeking"
> stepmother goes on tirades about how children are getting spoiled, even calls Bill Gates a "spoiled stupid brat" for that his parents let to run his business in their garage -> Obviously means that their car was rusting in the rain, while Bill didn't want to work a real job

Costume?! This is my daily outfit.
