Eden is unbelievable, it's simple, versatile, updated nightly and performance-wise feels like natively playing on a switch for me.

The emulation scene seems to have expanded since Nintendo attacked Yuzu+Ryujinx. There are a few projects alive and well, but I've been playing Eden exclusively because it rocka so hard.

Wow, I forgot this community existed lol.

So from what I know Eden and Ryubing are still in development and working great. I have been using both (mostly Eden though) on Steam Deck for my emulated games. Eden has a great Discord community and the main developer is very friendly and helpful, can’t say the same about Ryubing’s community. Ryubing’s Discord has a lot of hostility towards people and will immediately permanently ban you if you mention Steam Deck. As if they are pretending to be some high-ground and ‘’better than piracy’’ meanwhile everyone knows emulation is mostly catered towards piracy people.

I have got to say, I still use the old school Yuzu too. Though, that's just nostalgic and laziness on my part. Lazy to change things.

This is where I usually check for new emulators or changes to recommendations.

They are but you can still find the last stable version of yuzu pretty easily. Fitgirl ships it with her repacks, it runs pretty much everything now. Also it can strap to vulkan render API so it's a lot more functional
