Notice how naturally it came to him and his wife. Conservatives are violent by nature and attacking people is normal behavior for them. That is an almost exclusively conservative trait.

Hedley, 39, left his vehicle and approached the innocent male, before grabbing him by the neck and violently throwing him to the ground.
The victim smashed his head off the road and suffered serious head injuries, including a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain.
Hedley then left the 34-year-old cyclist lying unconscious in the middle of the road as he got back into his car and drove off.
Hedley, from Kirkcaldy, subsequently found out police had put out an appeal to find the motorist involved and handed himself into a local station two days later.

I think you can have them on even if you're not a learner driver, it's less of a hassle ti change them and in some places they are a sticker that can't be removed without damage
L (or Welsh D) - plates should be covered or removed if the driver is licensed according to the UK’s .gov website.
