Recommendation to defederate from hilariouschaos

I know the subject has come up before, just wanted to add another reason to the pile. Their instance has been setting its users' post timestamps 15 minutes into the future so they'll be parked at the top of the "New" sort order for longer.
Examples:
It's always possible that they've done this accidentally somehow though.
