Well, China is state-sponsored capitalism where political connections and graft can make you a lot of money. So, of course they love it.
These people are horrible and I would celebrate their fall.
They don't mean Chinese communism, they mean the scary kind of communism, like Cuba.
Which wouldn’t even exist today if they had just invited Cuba in to the same markets we invited Egypt and Dubai and every other transitional nation into. They always improve their infrastructure, invest in communities and eventually turn into greedy little monsters like the rest of westernized nations, with capital capturing their democratic institutions and all.
To the reactionary / conservative mind communism just means enemy. And they have no actual concept of what the word means. In no small part thanks to the countries like China and Russia misusing it for decades and decades.
But now that China is powerful capitalist Nation. With a strong man whom our strong man pathetically sucks up too. They're kind of into it. And the only time you see them complain about Chinese communist. Is when the pavlovian term slips out naturally in a string of slurs as they speak. It was a dog whistle they were trained to bark at for decades if not Generations. So it's hard to give up old habits.

asians love westerners, especially famous ones, especially if they are being made fun of or used as propaganda for the asian countries. also the ones in movies, they dont actually hate them. alot of them constantly salivate how rich they are.
