I think the text should be changed to like

To better capture the weird superiority aspect that people have over their suffering in response to other people's complaints. As written, it reads more like someone making a joke about not getting much sleep and then someone responding (not in a joking way) that they got less.

I remember when I got literally 1h of sleep then had to do my 12h work shift, it was real shit, I don't wish it to happen to anyone.

If I'm telling you I got 4 hours of sleep, it's not pride. It's a warning.

When you get to 1 hour that's when you start telling chatgpt 3.5 to post about how sigma grindmaxcore you are on LinkedIn.

I’ve taught my body to live with far less sleep than most, but I’m not under any illusion that it’s healthy. I’ve seen the studies. I know how important sleep is.

I have responsibilities in the morning, and I’ll go mad if I don’t have some time to myself at night. It shouldn’t be this way, but it is. I’d feel like a robot otherwise.

It frustrates me that people in this thread complain about time problems but won't duscuss the obvious solution:

For various unavoidable reasons, I’m on an average of 4 hours and I don’t like it, let alone take pride in it.

8 sleep? Yes. But what about naps, snoozes, dozing off, lucid dreaming, daydreaming, just resting my eyes, sleepwalking, wake sleeping, meditative trances and altered consciousness?
