I appreciate the concern, it's very kind of you. This is really just when I first wake up and am standing there at the toilet. I'm pretty tall and think my body forgets it needs keep the pressure high enough when just standing there barely awake. I am otherwise pretty healthy and put in effort to take care of myself.
Look, I’ll be polite and sit to pee when I’m visiting people or using my roommate’s toilet, but in return I’m going to stand when I use my own, and I don’t care if there’s a little splashback or what-have-you.
