Entire humanity history being supported by those who force themselves to push their physical limit to edge you know, while some slob at upper side pushing their bestial needs to stroke their ego,, exhausting resource till it gone, called it hard work, dedication and discipline like devil itself while chanting gods name to justify their ambition.

What is rest then other than burial deep inside earth or perhaps a cremation to save the space? Or there are novel one like vaporized in fancy submarine?

I know this is a shotpost but I feel the Impuls to leak helpful side facts.

If you have rings under / around your eyes they are indicators for non-optimal health. Definition of : if there is insufficient amount of an essential nutrient the body will be very limited at working around that scarcity. Health problems WILL occur if essential needs are not sufficiently met long term.

The more buffer the body has of essential nutrients and the more healthy all systems work the longer phases of scarcity can be without serious consequences.

Try all of these or some of them (these things potentiate each other):

  • Vitamin c (I like pressed lemon juice (with water), wait at least 30min between VitC and brushing teeth))
  • omega-3 fatty acids (like omega-6 they are essential but most people lack 3)(up to 5000mg/day are long term safe)
  • eat easily digestible leafy greens like maché.
  • chicken eggs boiled 2-4/day (when egg white is fluid it steals specific vitamins (it binds them, blocking absorption into the body making you shit out nutrients that your body is mf based on))
  • don’t eat too late before going to sleep. Natural body movement is important for digestive processes.
  • start to do some cardio sports (low-middle intensity, as cardio can increase inflammation markers). Develope a healthy sports habit. Don’t overdo it cuz inflammation.

The idea is to refill essential nutrient buffers, reduce inflammation, and creating a healthy blood fat with sports and movement.

If you do these it might take a week+ until you see improvements.

Start with my stuff and then adapt it to your needs.

If you feel inhibited by the amount of things choose 1 and start building a habit, but your goal should be to combine them.

The best to start might be vitamin c or omega-3, depending on your vegetable intake.

Please feel invited to add to my list. I’m interested what you have had personally
