That's pride and accomplishment

That is curious. I raised a couple, and none ever bit me, not even a little bit of aggression.

One did get a little over friendly with my hand as I was petting it, awkward.

Well, at least the caregiver wasn't carrying around a dead fuck.

my mother’s redneck extended family taught me squirrel can be tasty

Too much work, there is almost zero meat on these. Like a couple ounces.

I had a redneck cooking book, and the squirrel recipe called for like several families of squirrels. (I didn't do any of the recipes it was just for funzies.)

it’s not about the meat, it’s about sending a message… and the meat

dumb jokes aside, dove was kinda that way too, frog and rabbit as well and even snake somewhat

all of it seemed like so much work compared to say a deer which was generally as plentiful as rabbit

I had a sort of Frenemy is high school that bragged about crucifying some little songbird that stunned on his glass. He is now paralyzed. The god of sparrows saw to him, or whatever.

:( people actually torturing animals is sad

I don't think you have to be a redneck to know that pretty much anything can be tasty.
