I got 4 gallon fermenting jars! So far I'm planning to make one pomegranate and 2 strawberry. Any ideas for the fourth?

It depends on what are you making in general - fruit wines, beer, cider, mead, kvas...

Most of my brewing is dependent on what I can source, so I think about it bit like that - firstly what I have on hand or can easily get and then what is interesting combination or experiment I can do.

Yeah I made wines. I haven't explored out to sourcing spices and I've only done it with fruit so far.

Are you mostly making fruit wines?

Yeah, but I'd be open to trying something new

Cider is as easy as you want it. And makes a drink you drink in beer size glasses

Ingredients: apple juice, yeast

Method: put apple juice in the fermenter, add yeast, fit an airlock, wait

I have done cider from supermarket juice and it worked fine and tasted good
