The statement revealed in court papers raises questions about the reliability of the list of 20,000 people in California

The statement, made in court papers, raises further questions about the reliability of a list of 20,000 people the justice department provided to election officials in Los Angeles last week. The department sent the county and California secretary of state the list last week and gave them a 48-hour deadline to segregate ballots cast from anyone on the list unless they could verify their citizenship. California election officials refused and the Department of Justice sued them on Thursday.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which has compiled the list of non-citizens on the rolls, has resisted state demands to share its methodology for matching voter rolls for non-citizen records. Experts have warned that the way DHS is trying to match voter rolls to its own records could be error-prone.

Indeed, the DHS does not have a good track record so far. In July, it accused Nevada of having as many as 16,000 non-citizens on its voter rolls. DHS officials later sent Nevada election officials a list of 185 people it believed were non-citizens. Nevada officials responded by investigating the list and said all 185 were in fact citizens.

And my guess is those "suspects" are 95% registered Dems or at least voted predominantly Blue in the last 10 years.

I actually missed this story. I'm not shocked to see zero voter fraud, but I am shocked that their Gish gallop didn't contain like a single non-citizen they could point at from the 16,000 and say "See! Fraud!!" They have the fucking whole of Nevada, and they can't find a single person.

It's almost like there are existing systems to find and prevent people who aren't allowed to vote from voting.

Yeah, like those people who intentionally attempted to illegally vote in the California primary yet got shut down at every single attempt...due to existing safeguards already in place.

You probably missed it because the oligarchs suppressed it from the media.

... No? I missed it because I apparently wasn't reading the news that day or overlooked it in my feed. I have an RSS feed with The Guardian in it who (per the link) ran that story on 25 September.

We can harp on the stupidest shit for weeks, but when the regime fucks something up, we briefly mention it and move on before people get to dwell on it.

They need to invalidate California’s votes.

Its methodology is something along the lines of “first name Pedro, probably illegal.” Fucking dumb asses.

It's powered by AI trained on racism

No shit, because they just use the family guy arrest color chart for who belongs here, rather than actual records.

I'm assuming by "high percentage" they mean somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 percent.
