Rust in piss
And by RIP we mean "Rest In Pieces".
Rust in pieces
Remember when the shit nazi said the glass was bulletproof and while on stage proceeded to smash said glass with a golf club? This monstrosity should never have seen the light of day.
That freakin' car always looked like a car from Stunt Race FX on SNES.
The Cybertruck seemed like a bold idea, but it never won over many people. Maybe it’s time for Tesla to focus on products people actually want to buy.
I really don’t get it. If Tesla had made a pickup that looked and performed even the slightest bit like normal they would have sold millions of them.
Literally could've built an electric equivalent to the Ford F-series with four motors and an ungodly amount of torque that nobody needs and sold them for 200k a piece. I'm not in the market for a pickup truck and probably never will be, but if I was and I was looking for electric, I'd buy that over the cyberdump.
Then if that sells, build a smaller one (a la Ford Ranger) with less power, less size, for less money. Like they did with S and 3, X and Y.
Well of course the answer is musk has an ego and a complete lack of any talent. I suspect the board or starting to get sick of him.
Nearly impossible to get rid of him.
Tesla's bylaws require 66.7% of all outstanding shares to get rid of him. Not just 66.7% of those who vote. Musk alone holds like 13% of common stock, too.
Index funds and such don't typically vote to disturb things, but they'd have to here. It would have to be nearly unanimous among everyone other than Musk himself.

You can tell if it's not a real one, because it's not very rusty
A rare alpha model. Must be worth a fortune now!
It was always heading this way, I am surprised it lasted as long as it did.
I knew it was a flop well before it even came out for one key reason. Remember when the iMac/iPod/iPhone came out, it seemed like everyone else started trying to desperately copy Apple on those. Other businesses saw these and immediately thought "Oh crap we need to catch up now!". Before iPhone even released Nokia was demoing a phone (that never came out) in which they rushed multi-touch onto Symbian OS just to not look behind.
Cybertruck came out and nobody else even remotely hinted at copying it. Every car company was like 'Yep, you guys can just go for it, we won't stop you.'.
The worst thing? The cybertruck is going to forever be a symbol of this era. It's ridiculous, but so is the age we live in. Fifty years from now, if someone wants to set a movie in the early 2020s, there will be a cybertruck somewhere in the background. It will forever remain an instant visual clue of the era. It's like how in a sci fi film, if you want to quickly establish that you are not on Earth, you throw second Sun or gas giant into the sky. Just quick visual language saying where or when a setting is or isn't.
They'll have to build a cybertruck for the movie then, because the current ones aren't going to exist 50 years from now. At least if they go through a car wash or something
Eh. There are still some old model Ts tootin' around. The rarer they become the more valuable they are as antiques and collectibles. The Delorean was never really a very popular or particularly well-selling car, but there's still plenty of those around. When they become rare, people put more effort into preserving them.
Word
Pickup? More like a let down truck.

And the rest of his cars. The intersection of people who believe in climate change and people who are far right nut jobs has to be vanishingly thin...
Good riddance, neo-Nazi made POS vehicle. Send the remaining ones to fucking Russia.
I can't wait to see less of these. I hate them and their drivers so much.
This makes me sad for two reasons, one of which might actually be posted in this thread, and that's that it's gonna make it harder to see idiots from a quarter mile away. The second of which is my own personal gripe, and that's because I can't sing the Cybertruck song anymore.
To the tune of the Spider-Man song: Cybertruck, Cybertruck, only driven by a massive fuck Cybertruck, Cybertruck, only driven by a stupid fuck
good. this meane i can reset my reality to a higher resolution again
A "truck" that can't carry 4x8 sheet goods is useless.
I see so many of these on the road. First time I saw one I thought the graphics card in my brain had gone bad.
Too bad they were starting to grow on me.
I used to see them a fair amount here but haven't seen any in months now.
