That is the whole point. Clearly visible, easily editible filter list about which it is clearly stated in documentation was the right thing to do. But, it wasn't an effective solution, since most admins would have changed this list almost immediately resulting in very small efficiency of this filter, compared to what was initially intended. And since this dev explicitly wanted to affect maximum amount of people for maximum amount of time, this solution was better. Many people naively think that others would play by the rules delivering their revenge/justice or whatever, but this is not how it usually happens.

Maybe no right, but certainly an ability. Because, how else would you revenge the mods/admins on the internet rather than throw some malware to them? (rhetorical question)

Valid argument.

There is no single answer, but I guess that some people just lack critical thinking and self awareness.

Nowhere is safe. But here more possibilities to do what you want exist.

What is the rule 10 there, by the way?

Well, the fun thing is that if their plan of forced mass ID linking to the Internet accounts worked flawlessly, most of the real adults and kids would have been confirmed and marked. Thus making it easier for them to do their "job".

Content was probably removed.

Yeah, same thing. It seems that this mod uses some shady automatic tools for autobanning.
