Maybe it was behind-the-scenes commentary? I recall that one of the goals from the author was that they keep the "positive" outlook. Like, there are plenty of stories of people losing their minds after being stranded.

This would be different.

Yep.

Aboriginals/Native Americans get a lot of shit. It's incredibly depressing.

Shit didn't even exist until like 10 years ago from my perspective.

NGL I called myself a bad dude as a teen. Said it to the wrong person and got ego-checked real hard in the face.

Let him know he's gonna get Alpha'd one day.

Hell yeah Visual novels on Steam Deck!

I finally got into Steins Gate thanks to Steam Deck. I wasn't able to keep my attention going when I played it on PC.

I'm a programmer and I make a pretty decent salary, enough to support my family and weather any emergencies.

The free time I have, I would do these in this order:

  1. Hang out with my wife and kids
  2. Chill out with recreational things like gaming
  3. Continue to study, read books and take online courses, contribute to open-source and build applications for startups
  4. Convert that free time to $100/hr

Notice that trying to make MORE money is at the bottom for me.

And if you ARE money driven, working hourly isn't how most people became rich. They usually win the lottery by doing a hobby that ended up paying dividends. Like building a app and getting bought out, or collecting Pokemon cards or something.

Holy cow.

I've used syncthing for years and think it's great.

And I have the same problem as OP, where it's a pain in one's asshole to upload Steamdeck images without going into SteamOS and annoyingly plugging in a m+KB and spend a lot of time micromanaging the uploads.

At no point did I think to put thess two together! Great idea!

Ah, the Facebook owned gaming platform where you can now call homosexuality a mental disorder.

You mean like how most things are anyways?

People underestimate how much work is involved with anything involving selling online content. This isn't just Only fans.

But if it's an hour of work to make $100, why wouldn't I?

There are people giving plasma for money.

There are people jacking off animals for money.

There are people who spend hours scamming old people for money.

Time is a investment though. Unfortunately $100 a hour is not the best use of my time. But maybe it is for you and your situation.

This is literally the message.

For years, Google Maps has been a go-to tool for millions worldwide, seamlessly integrated into search results for instant access to directions, locations, and more. But if you’ve noticed something missing recently, you’re not imagining things. Due to European Union regulations, Google has been forced to remove its Maps functionality from its search results, marking a significant shift in how we interact with the tech giant’s ecosystem.

Note: This is completely anecdotal and not a realistic measurement of married women as a whole. This can also merit as a shitpost.

Over the past week (New Year's parties, coffee shops, passing by), if a woman said she played video games, I asked what game are they playing right now.

These were the games

  • Black Ops
  • Bioshock Infinite
  • Halo Infinite
  • Fallout 4
  • Marvel Rivals

Do whatever you want with that information.

Abortion bans don't just kill women. They kill babies. This is evident in the data, which shows a dramatic rise in the state's infant mortality after Texas banned abortion. As the Washington Post documented last week, it's also happening in a viscerally disturbing way, as the number of newborns found abandoned to die has spiked, as well. Babies, mostly dead, are being found in ditches and dumpsters throughout Texas, traumatizing the people who find them and the emergency workers who are called to help.

Only the biggest liars in the anti-choice movement — and to be fair, there's stiff competition for that award — would deny that the state's abortion ban is the main cause of the sharp increase in dead, abandoned babies. The Washington Post also notes that Republicans have repeatedly cut funding for prenatal care and family planning services. In addition, draconian approaches to illegal immigration have led to undocumented women avoiding medical care, for fear of being deported. The result is what one Texas law enforcement official called "a little bit of an epidemic" of infant abandonment.
