the original video is of talareco reading a scripture and noting that it uses the hebrew femenine adjective and hebrew male adjective, so therefore god is neither male nor female, and is non binary.

this is what is being weaponized.

anyone notice their search engine enshittify with dates? an advance search let you search between points in time, like between 2010 and 2012 specifically. you can't do that anymore. other search parameters are gone. along with renaming lake ontario it's the equivalent of history book burning.

once had a guy open his pants, tuck his penis down between his balls, turn it sideways 90 degrees, and called it a 'hamburguesa'

it was about 10 inches from my face

the military was interesting. i was not offended by this. maybe because i was already desensitized by then. who knows.

is there a community that treats the bible as pure literature? like a character deconstruction, perhaps examining god's motive, or things like that. with absolutely 0 literal or figurative interpretation, no bashing or deconstructing beliefs, just treating it like the odyssey or harry potter

multiplying by two (lemmy.world)
submitted 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago) by CAPSLOCKED@lemmy.world to c/autism@lemmy.world

when i was younger, maybe 7, i used to multiply by two a lot. i'd do it in my head and i would do it often. i dont know why i started or why i stopped or why i didnt go to higher numbers. i dont remember being trained to multiply at the time so i dont even know how i used to do it.

i'd multiply 1x2 = 2

2x2 = 4

4x2 = ~~16~~ 8

and so on

the farthest I remember reaching was 1024, though I may have reached 2048 once. i dont know why i didnt go higher than that.

another thing i used to do was tap my fingers in a pattern, LRRL, so left tap, right tap, right tap, left tap. then i'd expand that pattern, LRRL, RLLR, RLLR, LRRL, so it would be a bigger pattern of the same pattern. like multiplying i'd just do this to see how big i could make the pattern. i'd do this by tapping my index and thumb finger. to an observer it would probably appear as if i were 'stimming'.

did anyone else do things like this?
