Hi, Would you kindly indulge me and explain your posting pattern. You’ve just asked 4 question in 4 minutes after not asking any questions for 30 days. You’ve also only once commented. When I asked you about that you didn't respond and you deleted the thread. Then you posted a new question. I'm reaching out in good faith here, what’s up?

Why did you delete your earlier post about plug types?

[–] CallMeAl@piefed.world 1 points 23 hours ago

With the charger I linked you don't need the original charging bricks for any that use a USB cable, you only need the cable. Including iPad, iPhone, Macbook. It saves even more space.

Hotels will generally not have step down transformers in my experience. I would leave the us power strip at home. Instead get a charger like this https://us.ugreen.com/products/100w-6port-desktop-charger that can charge all your devices. It is dual voltage 50/60Hz and the power cable is removable so you can change for one with an euro plug that works almost everywhere in europe. You can bring a small adapter for the places where the euro plug doesn't work if you are going to any.

I find it confusing when the compliment seems arbitrary but I just say "thank you" and move on.

fails closed by default

Then there are all the ones that fail "open" in that they allow their admin interface to be reached from the wan side. In practice, not using IPv6 has very little impact on the over all infiltration rate of consumer network devices.

No AI was used in the creation of this.

I know, I know, this is the internet and that's not how it works. However, I'm weary of attempting to have a serious discussion only to be met with unserious and intellectually dishonest replies. For example, asking a specific and nuanced question and only getting replies that ignore the details or the question entirely.

Are there any communities where people make an honest effort to have real discussions? Where we take each others points seriously, demonstrate we understand them, and then address them?

There must be some communities like this, right?

Edit: I need to clarify that I am not criticizing or complaining about THIS community! I'm looking for communities focused on specific topics that have this attitude.

I don't care what year it is :)
