Those services are hackjobs. Google is the professional company. If google wanted to do this, they have the resources and ability to do a far better job. That have direct DB access to the play store, they can retroactively spread the reviews out, and even delete/hide the negative reviews.

As for why they aren't removed yet, that could just be that they ban in waves and haven't done so yet.

What CPU is it? 32bit only hardware would be ancient, I'm surprised you found something that old with a working battery?

There is more than one way to genocide. Contact likely ends in assimilation, which is functionally a genocide.

For a historical example of this, see the "Stolen Generation" in Australia.

You have an interesting definition of "good things" my friend. As far as I can tell, it is down, which is why I didn't put a content warning on it.

That is a long video, is the paper published somewhere?

Im willing to accept that you can statistically "watermark" the text, but I'm not convinced that it would be tamper resistant, which is a large part of what makes a watermark useful. If it can't survive an idiot with a thesaurus, its probably not gonna be terribly useful.

There was a "quantum safe" encryption scheme proposed that had a non-quantum vulnerability found in it. Perhaps they are hedging against that occuring again? The scheme was rejected in the end so didnt matter to much.

Yeah, that was very poor taste. I can only hope that someone called him out privately on that comment, but it does strongly suggest a cultural problem they need to correct.
