I think it is!

Reading is another thing that can help a lot (comics included), and basically any handcraft. Anything that makes you struggle a little bit

Did you really have to use AI for the picture?

Before reading the article: party politics is a 20th Century form of organization that worked in the context of 20th Century conditions; expecting it would work for the 21st Century and the digital era is, in my opinion, not going to work. From what I read on history of economics, a new paradigm is adopted when the current one fails repeatedly and the ruling class has no option but to pick some different framework that can still benefit their interests. I think this is the most likely (although not the most desirable) path to degrowth in the next ~20y.

Didn't like how the plot hooks you in with Gustave & Lune having to deal with a world on the brink of the end, and then it becomes Verso & Maelle having to deal with family drama. Massive disappointment.

We weren’t meant to do anything, no one exists and nothing happens for any particular reason, we are a chaotic yet structured event on the way from a big bang in a race towards the thermodynamic equilibrium and ultimately the heat death of the universe. This is a good thing, actually, because it means that you have the freedom to find your own purpose

Is this Cosmology Sartre? Astroexistentialism? I love the combination 🤩

Hey everyone!

Haven't seen anyone discuss these around, so I was curious if anyone knew about them.

Personally I only liked #5 and #2; others were ok but didn't feel that much solarpunk. Let me know if you have different opinions and let's talk about them!

Hey solarpunks!

I'm Clockwork, an Italian solarpunk physicist, juggler and writer. I would like share my website with you; I've set it up two years ago with zero html knowledge and I have given it a new revamp recently. Since I write in English but the publishing system is extremely walled, I want to make myself known among likeminded people without selling my soul.

I write mostly solarpunk (you can check out the short story page and the Meteorina "saga" (three long stories, with a fourth one coming soon), but you can also find some Neolithic fantasy and scifi with community and resistance themes. All stories are FREE TO DOWNLOAD; there are no Amazon links and most files are interoperable and freely accessible. There is a donation button but I'd rather you enjoy these stories in a non-transactional way.

I hope you will find them interesting and possibly get inspired!

EDIT: I'm an idiot, here's the link! Thank you for pointing it out 😅

EDIT2: Here's the Telegram channel if you want to receive bi-weekly updates!
