If it's DOMS, you're pretty much always safe to work out again. Your range of motion might be limited to start, so you absolutely must start slow, but it is good to move. DOMS gets worse immediately when you stop moving, and improves significantly once you've moved around and keep moving. Active recovery like walking, yoga, some other dynamic stretching routine, etc.

With apple aficionados, it would also take costing a lot of money to make them interested.

Sleep now is a lot more difficult than sleep 100 years ago.

Light matters. Blue light from computer screens has been tied to sleep issues. The theory is that it mimics certain bandwidths of sunlight that our eyes are primed to read as "daytime, get up and start moving."

Hydration and food matters. You need to be in a good state but shouldn't consume much right before bed.

Exercise matters. A lot of people have trouble sleeping if they move around a lot before bed. Since we have electric lights and can stay up very late doing stuff, it's hard for your body to know it's time to start winding down.

Best solution I've found: no caffeine after noon, consistent bed schedule (both going to sleep and waking up), black out curtains and/or sleep mask, earplugs/earbuds/brown noise track, and stop using screens an hour or two before bedtime.

You can't. System admin needs to, and they posted that they can't yet because the new version doesn't support captcha yet. They're expecting a fix but have to wait.

100%.

Research based education standards are light-years away from what we choose to do, because what we choose to do is based on 19th century attempts to industrialize. Meaning getting kids used to being away from extended family, stuck in a seat for hours, rote memorization, and regurgitation of whatever you're told.

This. And you can move closer if you intend to keep this job and have a pretty good feeling that they won't fire you. Especially if you're currently renting, just look at closer rentals when your lease is coming up.

The message is addressed to mods, but its actual audience is potential investors.

It's not tone deaf so much as it's gaslighting. Their intention isn't to get compliance or work through any of the valid concerns - their intention seems to be to cover themselves and give plausible deniability for potential investors.

They're sending this to mods as if they are the audience, which we know is not the case since anything the mods say is not actually considered.

I don't really trust anyone so deep into a fandom that their primary content consumption and creation is a fan specific meme sub. Their primary thing is engaging with that specific content, and anything that gets in the way is going to be attacked.

I love dofromantik. I play it when other games have me wanting to rage. It's relaxing but also has some depth.

First time user. No issues so far, but I don't fully understand what I'm doing. I've seen pro/con threads that don't make sense to me yet, but maybe that will come with time.
