They do however state that they will add these destinations in October. Will any EU countries still be missing out when those will have been added?

The social stuff may be bloat to you, but it helps me to see which friends are online, and let's me join their games or invite them to mine.

There's nothing that epic adds that I care about and I refuse to buy their exclusives, because that encourages them even more to keep doing that.

Steam may not be perfect, but it's pretty damn good. I have enough with GOG and Steam, and don't want to add multiple storefronts to the list of launchers on my PC.

I don't have an issue with the soft limit on the number of keys, if the limitations aren't too strict. The way it's described makes it sound like it's just to prevent abuse.

I didn't even have a problem with the price parity, since that's limited to the sale of said Steam keys on other store platforms, which makes sense. The developer can still hand out keys for free, just not sell them cheaper anywhere else. I would however find it problematic if they also required price parity for sales of non Steam key copies on other stores.

If they offer it on steam and then sell Steam keys on their own website, that should get them the most from each sale...

Press "no tip" and sue them for hearing damage....

Seriously though, as a non American I only tip when the service or food was exceptionally good for the given establishment. People do however get paid a decent salary here, so tipping is optional.

Get a recumbent instead, or for maximum speed gains, a velomobile.

I had to scroll too far for this...

Just use the washable ones, made from organic cotton. Lower environmental impact, shorter time until potty trained as well on average. Still not as good as not putting extra people on the planet though 😁

Compared to a nice bike, they are still more expensive, but it's not ridiculous for what you get. A bike with loads of torque, ample power, fully adjustable front and rear suspension and very low running costs. I also find the belt drive rather nice. Hardly any maintenance, just check the tension a few times a year.

Take a chainsaw with you next time. If they complain that you don't have a motor, offer to demonstrate to them that you do in fact have one (without being threatening of course).

Thanks for the update and all the effort you put in.

It's crazy to see how little everybody would need to contribute to support your efforts to keep everything running. If all users would just donate €1 PER YEAR, that would cover all the costs and make sure you would have enough time to spend working on tchncs without worrying about paying the bills working for paying customers.
