One thing as a stem major I have found is stem majors do not like to say something is X. We like to say its likely X or most certainly X and maybe we will say this is like 95% so or 99% or 90%. I have found managers don't like this type of talk. ie - will it work or won't it. Well its the way to go and im like 99% sure this will work.
lol. don't do drugs. sex does not exist.
funny thing is im a generalist who went monitoring specialist because its a natural endpoint for a generalist since it touches on everything. I found most asks for my area to want someone who is kinda an expert in all areas rather than a generalist who has touched on at various times in their career the areas. Its kinda worse actually because they want high leve expertise is specific things within specific areas. Its kinda frustrating as its like. You know these software are different but not all that hard. Its getting the concepts around them that take time to sink in.
so where did all the over hired people come from before covid?
I have not seen it but I am over 50 and getting close to two years out of work so I think im low on the totem. do have massive experience that no one seems to be looking for except my latest stuff.
Ok. yeah so I would go forward with the idea then.
yeah and maybe do other things. get involved with improving the party or if you have to make your own. help on a campaign for someone you see as acceptable or run yourself. Contact your reps and tell them what is right and wrong about what they are doing. protest. whatever you can. not doing the smallest and easiest thing to choose better over worse to get better rather than worse. insanity.
Well I don't have it any more but actually it was about perfect. 45mins is doable (which was basically the time it took) and enough to actually get somewhat of a workout. Granted though I did not always walk it but it was the most common way I went. It kinda happened because I would walk and look back for the bus and one day by the time the bus came I was not that far from work and im like. heck with it. ill save the 2 bucks. then I kinda realized if the weather was good I did not need to bother taking the bus.
saw this on the news. was pretty good.
oh man at one point I lived about 3 miles from work. Perfect morning and evening walk.
I remember when I had a $100 limit for all my pc components.
