Too many boot lickers to have a serious discussion about universal healthcare in USA. For Cubans site it is definitely worth looking at if a pharmacist charges you too much. Friends of mine have been charged hundreds of dollars for a drug and I found it for $10 on his site. But he's not doing it for some virtuous reason. There are no good billionaires.
