It's not total control, but it's so highly laced in propoganda and unreliable that Russians don't trust western media either, assuming it's the same. It's just like how politics in russia is something that's not for normal people so no one pays any interest in it.

Russia name their tanks after the year they were started to be made. They are pretty much out of T62 and T54s are what they are bringing to the front now

I work in an environment where the workstations aren't on the Internet there's a separate network, there's still a need for antivirus and we were hit with bsod yesterday
