For me personally there's a handfull (namely two) small subs that are just too niche to gain any reasonable traction on Lemmy (yet).

I seriously. I’m for realiously. I got like 8 different furry subs in my block list and filtered out terms like ‘yiff’ etc. You’d think the algorithm would have picked up that I’m not interested in that shit but I still can’t scroll a half hour without a wolf boner adorning my screen.

I know I can simply block all NSFW content but that’d just be throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

I’m not even close to being even an amateur photographer. I rarely travel and took this pic on the plane with my basic ass phone. I still think it looks kinda nice!

I use it because it has a built in adblocker, and well it just works.

There is some crypto bullfuck and AI shit you can easily opt out off, and some talk about some CEO making homophobic comments.

Specifically for iOS. IMO the in browser experience is perfectly serviceable, if a bit clunky. I'm also new to this platform so in time I'll know how to work with it. But I'm also a bit of a luddite and I have fat sausage fingers...
