It's 3.6GB upload though, which doesn't make much sense for a firmware update. The download usage was 96MB. But I agree that's it's probably something failing and retrying.

I think it mostly relies on Glaxnimate for graphics and stuff, which supports most SVG and Lottie animations.

So there's not really a library, but things aren't hard to find.

Yeah that's not normal, is there anything appearing in dmesg? Probably do dmesg | grep -i amdgpu to filter out the other stuff.

Otherwise maybe try a different desktop environment and create a bug report if it is KDE specific, or create one anyway and someone smarter than me should be able to work it out.

I haven't checked, but Freetube and Bitwarden sound like they're just electron apps, running them with --ozone-platform-hint=auto enables Wayland detection. You can add it to the app's .desktop file if it works.

Probably not though, although some apps like mpv, (maybe vlc) and mplayer can, plus QT and a GTK fork have support too.

Port forwarding wouldn't work anyway with CGNAT, so I don't think that's much of an issue.

My router actually has a UPnP API that I can request and get my external IP, which I like so I can poll it every few seconds and not worry about rate limiting or something.

If you can live with only 4 10G ports, those types of switches are far cheaper than 16 port ones, I've gotten them for ~$100AU off eBay auctions before.

And if you're fine with spending a bit more you could get a 8 port ubiquiti aggregation switch, and then upgrade to a bigger switch once the price comes down.
