I agree, mate. And your English is better than mine and it's my only language, very articulate.

It seems like every country in the world has their own version of far right, trumps brazen behavior as president seems to have given others a platform for hate. Sadly, anti immigration will only get more widespread in the coming decades. Even the most progressive liberal citizen there is starts to change their tune when a couple million people get displaced and need a new home.

In the next 100 years I predict that we go back to beans as a protein source, humans do not need to be eating the amount of meat we do. Too many cow farts fucking biz up.

Yea, I'm confused about the conservative comment as well. I went through the thread and didn't see anything that would imply right or left leaning discussion. Which I don't see why anyone would have a problem. We shouldnt go on social media to be in an echo chamber, that is so boring in concept and reality.

That's a big bummer, I remember hearing about them working on ts4 a couple of years ago. TS2 was awesome couch co-op, games had so much more content back in the day

Fair enough on all of your points, it sounds like you've played more nms than I have. I do agree with you about the core game being somewhat flawed, I get bored very quickly trying to play it. I get the feeling this game just isn't for people like us, but without a doubt they're doing something right for their player base

Yea, that sound reasoning to me. If you're willing to pay a hefty carbon tax then fly all you want, sounds inside the realm of reality. The person who's shitting on this theoretical idea is boring, and I don't know why you would bother to contribute if you're just going to say it's a stupid idea.

I've had mild success with this but I was doing it very improperly without medical supervision, was definitely a trip that scared the shit out of me. Oddly enough though I've felt a lot better about an extreme case of nihilism that was definitely negatively impacting my well being. Definitely something interesting and worth more research.

I feel like this is the biggest reason. I used to daydream about getting cancer and dying young and shit, it used to terrify me as a younger man who never wanted to die.

Now at 30 years old, the only thing that scares me is the possibility of reincarnation and having to do this again lol, our brains condition us to get over our fears if we let them.

They would have just abandoned the game if they didn't respect the player base. I'm really interested why you have such a hate boner for hello games, I say this as someone who does not enjoy nms but respect that they kept trying to improve it over rhe years.

So many big game studios in the last 10 years (i.e. Activision, ea) have just shit all over the fans then wait a year and do it all over again. It's really hard to hate a small dev team that at least is trying.

I feel like it is understood through that lens by the people that care to read up and be informed about the world. I just don't know what can be done, usa will never drop support for Isreal. Plain and simple.

Excluding dumbasses that try to justify zionist Isreal in their genocide of women and children, and vice versa for hamas supporters and praising the october massacre. I feel like the rest of us hate it but it really feels like a catch 22 situation where there will be no good outcome.

Just like American politics, I look at the situation and I see no "side" to objectively be on. And just like our current system, it appears it's going to get a whole lot worse before it gets any better.

I agree. Too many people use Twitter to just label them all shitty nazis. It's as idiotic as blaming a whole religious groups for the actions of a few extremists.

And your comment about the uninformed is spot on. Tons of people are just not thinking about all this stuff for one reason or another, and in a sense I don't blame them. If it wasn't for my child I'd love to bury my head in the sand and just try and get through this maelstrom called life.

Like you said, most people just think Twitter sucks now and move on, at this rate musk will kill it for good in the next 5 years. That or it becomes a pathetic echo chamber like truth social.
