Also technological innovation kinda halted in the recent years. That's why you see everything being filled with unnecessary AI in the name of technological advancement. If there's no innovation for growth, all that remains is to extract more value from existing platforms, hence the current enshittification of everything.

It will most likely be a separate game, with required monthly subscriptions (see basically all MMORPGs) in order to extract as much money as possible.
As do Romanians.
Just shutdown my PS5 for good until it will be moddable, and upgraded my mid-tier PC and switched to Bazzite to use it as a game console. After getting used to the new OS, everythings been flawless so far, I'm happy I've made the switch.
