Could get a hydrophobic coating to make the rain slip off the side mirrors more easily. There are also mirror rain visors that so what you describe.

I got Fira Code, the font I currently use. Guess that makes sense then. Huh.

I was wondering why it was extra cold today. Makes sense now, thanks!

I switched to Docker ages ago and don't regret it. The other benefit aside from the "works on my machine" is that usually it's very easy to back up with minimal bloat, especially for projects that don't document what you should be backing up.

I can, and have, switch hosts on a moments notice and only have to mess with DNS updates.

Although I've been procrastinating switching to rootless Docker.

The only thing I run on a VM right now is Home Assistant. But I do that with Cockpit and KVM/virsh.

When all else fails, get Termux and just run the commands manually / setup some scripts.

The aether mod has been around for a long time, so dad probably found that.

Any gain is a gain. I had to learn this after Bitcoin. Bought a bunch at $100 a pop, sold them later when it hit $250 a pop. This was a day or two before it skyrocketed to ~$1400. Kicked myself then, but came to terms. Now look at them lol.

I used to have a fair bit of imposter syndrome but now that I've been working with a proper team I've come too accept I have an aptitude for code and logic in general, alongside a fairly good abstract memory.

I'm not the best by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm a little more competent than the average software engineer, enough that it gets noticed.

I also got lucky and scored a job at 17 in the field (with no nepotism involved), not a great one but enough to look good on my resume, and have been working in the industry for just over a decade with no college.

A quick Google says it's double - so whereas this study finds it to be 20% more likely for vaping, smoking is at 90-something according to this.

I am on mobile so I didn't thoroughly look or vet the source.

Safety Net was replaced with the "Play Integrity API". The current workaround I'm using is "Play Integrity Fix" by chiteroman and playcurl by daboynb. I believe this is still limited to Android 14 but could be wrong. The xda thread for it could shed some light.
