That makes sense. I'm fortunate I with in a dog friendly environment.

You could try a CLI tool like: https://github.com/vossenwout/crev

It's a tad overkill but you could also use: https://github.com/kodustech/kodus-ai

Fuck me. I just got this exemption and now I'm losing it.

Hmm, maybe some other interaction / conflict? Never experienced this on both my desktop (Arch, Wayland, Gnome) or my work PC (Fedora Silverblue, so Wayland and Gnome but slightly behind).

Thanks for the correction and clarification! I just assumed from the open-r1 post that they gave everything aside from the training data.

I really like the way my current company handles things. Aside from annual raises that take effect July 1st (currently waiting for approval, but if that happens after July 1st the raises are retroactive to the first), we have open bars (free drinks) every other month, company wide lunch events a few times a month, other general events (had a Juneteenth and Pride event this month). Oh, and all these events are paid time (you still have to hit your KPIs though).

A fairly well stocked kitchen (you could make your own lunch if you wanted to), coffee and espresso machines, sparkling water / flavored water one as well, snacks, the whole deal. Yes it's not perfect but I've been happy so far.

monotropism

Oh goddamnit not another one! I always just labeled that quirk as a symptom of my ADHD lol

They're pretty insecure anyway, my current P14s Gen1 has a working fingerprint reader on Silverblue but I haven't really used it.

I haven't used a T14, just the E14 and the P14S.

already use their imaginations to picture celebrities naked.

Speak for yourself. Some of us can't do that.

I've rarely actually had much trouble coming back to a project I started / played a large role in after a few months (or even years). I've experienced what you describe on other projects though, especially if they're way outside my field of expertise.

Somewhat off topic, I'm searching for a new job soon - are there any good guides or information on design practices you'd recommend? I'm self taught with no college education, and a majority of the work I've done has been for SMBs on (mostly) solo projects where I determine the direction to take. I like the flexibility of working for SMBs, however there are a lot of cons as well. I sometimes worry I'm shooting myself in the foot listing just under a decade of experience, but none of it "junior level on a team" where I'd pick up some of those skills.

If you stream a game from a PC with a stronger GPU, a better screen makes a difference, and you can still run lower resolution when away from home.
