Alright, it looks like if you do a little websearch it shows more results than I'm able to process. I will try though.

I've tried alternatives to the app I was recommended but couldn't get to work and I have kept one:

Finch. It has looks, tools, routines, goals and such. I fear about the data I'm giving out but oh well.

betwixt

It demands to be installed through GooglePlay and I don't have that option :(

Thanks though, looks interesting.

Hey, do you know any practical resources like workbooks or zines to print out or even apps or games that help you to develop emotional and mental health tools, specially during low moments?

I mean, maybe I can do those during depressions instead of 9 sudokus a day. I can read Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

Thanks

Are you open to a relationship with him? If not, does he already know that?

Why would you want to meet up? Why wouldn't you want to meet up? Talk about it with him.

There is no normal. Some people never sweat, others sweat a lot at any opportunity. Same as with many other body fluids.

Maybe you want to consider incorporating a towel in the scenario. Or ride him more often.

Enjoy!
