@CaptDust @mamg22 That's it. Have them run go-karts, do qualifying , and then line them up in quali order behind 100 randos.

@Neverbeaten My thinking is: There are a lot less points in the sprint, teams will still push for best position in the GP. But with the fastest in the back, it will make for more passing and action for the sprint, since the strategy of pit stops is not there.
Maybe I can clarify, perhaps I wasn't clear enough:
-Saturday GP Qualifying
-Saturday Sprint - using above qualifying, but reversed
-Sunday Grand Prix - qualifying as standard positions as usual

@SkunkWorkz @Nighed How about this? Quali first, sprint - reverse grid start, then the main race.
