You might be able to use it for this instance as well at some point: https://sh.itjust.works/comment/7625073

Did you get any reply?

Probably just easier to work with people that you are already familiar with.

Also, one thing that makes performance very bad is if you have a lot of subscribed communities is "Subscibed" box in front page and profile page, because it needs to get images for all of those.

I'm getting gateway time-out errors.

Forum users tend to prefer long-lasting discussions, which is not the case on Lemmy/Reddit, where threads are forgotten after a few days.

If you want to be able to add custom engines directly from the settings, in about:config add browser.urlbar.update2.engineAliasRefresh and set the value to true, after that you should see Add button in about:preferences#search

Edit: nvm, there doesn't seem to be field for suggestions...

Edit2: There's also https://mycroftproject.com/, where you can try to find the search engine you want.

Not sure, but the alt text for that image seems to be "French drama Anatomy of a Fall relied on regional exclusivity in its financing and distribution across Europe."

Can't you just use ChatGPT in browser?

If I had a community, I would probably try to keep the number of pinned posts to 2-3 max at a time and more only if absolutely necessary.
