Sounds something like what is proposed in the book, Ministry for the Future, create a law that no person can be compensated more than ten times what the lowest paid employee in that same company is compensated.

Either that or the lyrics to a Frank Zappa song. Maybe both!

I think it's your mind?

Historians commonly refer to this period as, "the good old days".

I actually searched this (or something similar) and got nothing!

It was one of the segments with another correspondent but I don't remember who. They were discussing some legal procedural action that was named after the person who did it. They then went on to liken it to other fictional actions by made up historical figures with silly names. If Rufus Pfuke did something to you, you would be getting "Pfuked". Similar situation with Harlan P Reameduptheass. The segment ended with the correspondent telling John, "You certainly don't want to get Reameduptheass".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately you're right. Maybe I'm deluding myself but I like to believe that higher education strives to be at least somewhat well rounded. I don't know what the programs are like everywhere but in my undergrad as a science major I also had to take courses from various disciplines(English composition, anthropology, philosophy, art, history, etc).

not particularly fast

Everything I've heard about the ZR1 is generally positive. I was under the impression that it was very competitive with other "super cars" often for substantially less money.

Thanks for the tip. That's another great website I haven't been to in years. Still hoping to find someone that remembers UGSTorrents though.

Not from the 90s but around 2007 I think. There was a private torrent tracker called something like UGS-torrents. Where UGS stood for underground sounds. Pretty sure it was based in the UK and it focused on electronic and club music singles being released at the time from a bunch of smaller producers. Unique stuff I'm not even sure what to call the genre to be able to look for it today but a lot of it was adjacent to drum and bass, 2-step, or break beats. Super active forums with members making and sharing DJ mixes. I've been out of the scene for quite a while now but the few times I've searched for any mention of this place I've found nothing. If anyone has any information I'd appreciate it if you could share.
