The boring answer is something like a bond or CD ladder, or treasury bill focused ETF that'll give you 3% a year before taxes.

2 million dollars can safely net you 50,000 a year without working.

And since it's mostly federal bonds, you could be tax exempt up to a certain amount.

Of course this is the US POV.

And there are riskier investments that can hit 8ish% with only $600,000, but you'll be at the whim of high risk high reward.

If you're wanting to hit the tax free limit of $15,750 a year (total income) then 3% APY is $525k.

Or go super risky run options.

I can't wait for an RTX 9070 to replace my RX 9070 XT!

Just like how the Z890 chipset from Intel is not the same generation as the X870 chipset from AMD.

I travel on the go often, wireless charging is too inefficient for me. I'd rather charge with my PD battery pack.

Another point, I use my PD pack to charge everything from my phone, drone, camera, to my laptop, ear buds.

Most of those don't have a wireless charger so I just stick to wired PD charging.

I'm using the rb5009 but im using RouterOS not openwrt. Any reason why you'd want to do that?

I personally think if you're buying a purpose built hardware and then putting your own software on it, you should move to a mini computer with OpnSense.

Hail specifically is "Precipitation in the form of spherical or irregular pellets of ice larger than 5 millimeters (0.2 inch) in diameter, usually associated with thunderstorms."

I also want to say that hail should have layers since it's the ice particles floating up and down creating layers and making the precipitation quite large.

In my mind sleet is precipitation that doesn't have snowflake patterns and are solid when they reach the ground. Freezing rain is when the rain is liquid but freezes after it lands on the ground.

I usually say if you have time can you do XYZ? That way if they don't want to, it's assumed that they didn't have time which is fine. They always have a way out

3 years of it, I went from 99% to 92% on a OnePlus 8T.

My wife who doesn't follow the same guidelines is at 80% life.

I prefer it since I have a pretty reliable charging schedule. And I also have a small 5000mAh emergency charger with a foldable port in my day to day bag. Win win for me.

Optional how so? It's a rotating key. Unless you have all of those keys to export into your computer, then you'll be stuck with the current synced key.

From my understanding, passkeys is supposed to be something you have (phone) and something you know (pin) or something you are (biometrics)

I still use hardware keys like a yubikey (something I have) and my normal password via a password manager.

How the fuck did you do that?

Just so you know

R5 5700G

128GB ram

2 x 20TB disks

2 x 4tb NVMe

Idles at about 60w.

You should look into the RTX 6000 or higher to utilize vGPUs.

Here's the full list.

Not fully supported but it's possible.

And also get into proxmox. You can pass through part of your GPU into a "desktop" environment and also have another VM(s) running in the background. That way you can use your computer as normal with a type 1 hypervisor in the background.

Also get a mobo with 2 NICs. The fewer pcie cards you have the lower power draw.

My NVMe idle at 7w and my HDDs idle at about 15w I think. 45w is just for storage.
