Yes really good memories strolling through the night market and getting the fried chicken nuggets. I really miss it. Hopefully I get to go back in a year or so

So what actually do you see you keeping with for the next few months.

Do you no longer use Google, Bing, Yahoo search? That's a win! Can you stick with that for the next few months? Then that's another win!

Using a private DNS over your ISPs? That's a win. Still keeping up with it for the next few months? Another win.

Small changes for long term usage is better than changing everything at once and only keeping it for a few days weeks.

I've had 29 total exos, and only the 16tbs shit on me.

2 of 29 or 7% isn't great, but at the time they were also 20-30% cheaper.

Thankfully already had a robust backup in place.

I use netcup. They're affordable and quick to respond to tickets.

Would the 40mm F2.5 be small enough for you?

How can a consumer GPu be used across multiple VMs?

Sorry if it's a dumb question. I've never messed with GPUs. 90% of the things I do is headless and through CLI.

[-] randombullet@programming.dev 1 points 2 years ago

Should I get a GPU that supports vGPUs or you mean like a GPU passthrough to the VM?

Everything is wired in my house so thankfully it's pretty fast.

[-] randombullet@programming.dev 1 points 2 years ago

It's really simple. Hardly use it for any heavy lifting.

I use Proxmox to play with VMs and Open Media Vault on top to be my NAS.

I've done RDP, but figured that it could only be done on desktop.

Super wide roads for tall ass vehicles who can't see your kids.

Oh and they speed usually about 5-10mph over the speed limit.

It's a death sentence for a non-vehicle to be on the roads. I've already been hit 2 times on a bike to school.

No one pays attention, no one stays at a reasonable speed, everyone thinks they own the roads.
