I wasn't blaming British, I was just trying to say that we believe very strongly in hierarchy. To the point where we aren't even really that mad at our colonizers. This fits the culture.
We met at work. I'm a doctor she's a nurse. She asked me out. But I was dating someone else at the time. So I told her no. But we stayed friends for years. I broke up with that girl a year later. I figured she was seeing someone so i never bothered to ask her out. She randomly texted me and I asked her out then and she says yes.
We went to get drinks and ended up back at my place. After we were done, she said she had to go home to take off her contacts. I told her I would go get the contact stuff from Walgreens right now if she would stay the night. She agreed.
We're getting married next month. That story was 2.5 years ago.

This was the only hardware from Valve that I was actually interested in. Whatever the price is, I'm sure it wasn't going to be good, but now it's going to be horrendous.
