I love the thing they do in TOS where they meet some omnipotent character that can transform matter and they determine there has to be some power source the character is using.

I live in Canada. While it is not the fault of individual immigrants, even the Government of Canada and big banks have admitted that abuse of the International Student and TFW programs has put a lot of strain of public infrastructure and housing supply and has suppressed wages. These issues have absolutely objectively affected the average Canadian.

Every now and then you get someone on social media try to be smart and smugly say something like, "International Students can't afford to buy a house. Explain to me how they're driving up the cost of housing." But they fail to realise it increases demand for rentals, and people buy single family homes to rent the rooms to those students, and so the demand for those rentals drives up the cost of houses.

You can acknowledge that not all immigration is good without blaming individual immigrants themselves. I'm always shocked when people who understand infinite growth is a fallacy when it comes to the corporate world, don't understand that trying to grow the population into infinity year after year is just the government equivalent of that fallacy.

Amazon Fire tablets are like $100, marketed toward kids and come with a one year subscription to their Amazon Kids service which give access a bunch of games, apps and videos. I would guess that's the majority of Android tablet sold.

You're using the default port though, are you not? If the source port were not 1194, a port associated with openvpn, would wireshark still identify this as openvpn traffic?

I don't think it's even possible to get rid of VPNs without outright banning encryption. If I set up a VPN that uses an obscure port and the traffic is encrypted, how are they going to know it's even a VPN?

Men did not mostly have office jobs in the 1950s and 60s.

How do you feel about this? The news stories make it sound almost like the City's main issue is people are living there. I think they are overstepping their bounds a little, especially considering we are in a housing crises and this is a relatively cheap way for people to put a roof over their head.

I need a truck for my job. I had a 2011 Ford Ranger for YEARS. When that kicked the bucket in 2022, I was forced to by an F-150 and it's an absolute monstrosity. It is massive and has LESS box space than my Ranger did. I don't why it's near impossible to buy a small truck with a full sized box in North America.
