Very well calculated move, and a clear signal of his intention. UK media will amplify and the government won’t cope it.

The BBC championed Twitter and still use it - so it’s pretty much deserved.

If the government responds at all, why would they not just say "no"? The man was convicted and Musk has literally zero right to decide otherwise. It's a perfect opportunity for Starmer to do his public prosecutor thing too
